We have three sources of geo-points, which determine where a home shows up on the map. For the details about each of our sources and their accuracy, please take a look at this post on the Zillow Blog - http://www.zillowblog.com/zillow_blog/2006/12/of_points_and_p.html.
If you post a Make Me Move (or For Sale price) on the home, you'll be given the option to edit the home's location on the map. In the future, we hope to enable anyone who has claimed a home to move their home, but the site doesn't have that capability yet.
