Map location is separate from the Zestimate from what I read anyway. You can claim your house using the yellow "edit" pencil and then you will have an option to "move home's map location" in that same menu.
I would not think that listing your house for sale would have any effect on the Zestimate, but the Zestimate is not a listing price or appraisal. If you are selling, I would take opportunity to make a Zestimate comment to add features that your house has that are not being considered by Zillow and also upload a nice front photo of you house so buyers can see it for themselves.

Map location is incorrect for our home. How do I get this corrected?
