Certainly a good suggestion - we'll keep it in mind as we continue to build out the API. Is there any other data that would be really valuable?

I will compose a list :-)
One thing we are struggling with for the API's is exact matches to street addresses -- for example...when searching via the API for 20230 Westhampton Avenue Detroit, MI -- we get a no exact match response. But if we do the same search manually on the Zillow site....we get a hit for 20230 Westhampton Ave
So there seems to be issues when there are differences in Street/St, Avenue/Ave, Drive/Dr etc.
Any suggestions on how to improve our hit success ratio on this ?

This would be nice to fix.
We'll try to work on improving the logic for matching search requests via the API, but I can't make any commitments around when this will happen.
Market Value Graph -- additional options
In regards to the Market Value Chart -- Is it possible via the APIs to get the additional options for zip, city, county, state and USA -- that are displayed directly on the Zillow Site.
