The appraised price is only given by an appraiser. A Zestimate is only a guess of value.

Again, if you want to make an offer on this or any property, talk to your Realtor and ask them to analyze comparables. Dont depend on Zillow when making an offer.

Your agent knows best, talk to them, it is $101K per Zestimate, however Zestimate has the error of +- 15% from the market value, How about make a shot at $110K?
