Looks like you have a great corner lot! Hard to tell what kind of curb appeal you have with just the Aerial Photos, though. With your current MakeMeMove Price pretty close to the Zestimate, you will probably entice more responses from potential homebuyers with some photos of the home. I'd love to see some photos! My office is close by in Wikiup and I might have some interested clients.

Windsor is nice isn't it? Larkfield is nice as well especially the roads in Pacific Heights and back in the Londonberry area.

We are not trying to sell now, we just put a "Make Me Move" price.

That is, we would sell the house if offered that price.

However, we do plan on selling in the next 2 to 4 years.
