BR=bedrooms
BA=bathrooms

If something says 2.5 BA, that means 2 full baths (bathtub, toilet, sink) and a half bath (toilet and sink, no bath). Sometimes listings try to indicate whether the full bath has a shower or tub. Most places, though, if it has either, along with a toilet and sink, it's a full bath.

And you don't add up half baths. Two full baths plus two half baths don't equal "3 BA."

Hope that helps.
