sgamble - after just selling a house... and the feedback I was given by the "walk-thru's"?? I would suggest that you upgrade your kitchen & bathrooms... pick quality products BUT go neutral and don't pick for your taste... or else be prepared to offer price concessions to the Buyer for upgrades IF the kitchen & bathrooms are in good shape! If they are in bad, nasty shape... BY ALL MEANS, upgrade right away BEFORE you put on the market!
You'll get more for the nice upgrades than what you put into it (if you do the work or have a decent contractor)...
