Minneapolis Real Estate Home Selling Failure Rate Decreasing

The other day I created a [promotional hotlink removed by Zillow moderator] I do for potential clients that are looking to sell their home. From the excerpt I made I was reminded I should take another look at the number of homes that have failed to sell in the Minneapolis – Saint Paul Twin Cities Metro Area. [Hotlink removed by Zillow moderator. Please see our Good Neighbor Policy for more information.]

The median price looks like it is still dropping here That would seem to mean that buyers have time to choose the house they want and sellers are probably better off selling sooner rather than later.

Some areas are and some are actually rebounding. I wrote a post not that long ago showing which communities are already rebounding.

@ Eric...

You seem to be fairly new to posting on Zillow's forums. If you take a look at your original post, you will see it was edited by Zillow to remove anything that links back to your website.

Zillow considers any website links, contact info, etc. to be "self-promotional", and this is not allowed in Zillow's forums.

The preferred alternative is to post the pertinent information directly in the post.

@SoCal,

I'll have to think of another way to share my material. I don't want to copy and paste the entire article, but I would like to put something on here and if some would like to read more they can read the post.

Maybe it would be better if I just answered the questions that are posted.

"Maybe it would be better if I just answered the questions that are posted."

Possibly. Zillow's forums really aren't made for large posts/blogs (there's a character limit).

If you have some good info/content, I'd still suggest looking at how you can extract specific information and post directly on the forum.
