Minnesota home disclosuresWe closed our home located in Minnesota 1 week ago. Upon moving in we have since learned (because we can hear the horns all hours of the day and night) that there are several railroad crossings located roughly within 1 mile of the home. We have also learned that our home is located in a superfund site, which does not directly effect us right now, however this is a concern for us in regards to resale. Neither of these factors were disclosed to us, and if they had been we would not have purchased this home. Now we have a gorgeous new home and are unable to enjoy it because we can't sleep and are worried about the possible impact of the superfund site on the homes resale. Though I know the law varies from state to state in regards to disclosures, does anyone know if it would have been required to disclose this type of information?September 07 2013 - US00YesReport a ProblemProblemSelect oneOffensive contentIrrelevant contentSpam (pure self-promotion)OtherDetailsYour emailPlease enter a valid email address.Submit CancelContent flaggedWe will review this content.
