Mis-Representation on Listings

I don't understand how hard it can be for the properties that are listed on Zillow to be updated.  I know I get a "review" email every month as a reminder to change/update/remove my listings as needed.  I'm so tired of getting calls on homes "For Sale" for $1,300 that are really "For Rent".  or a call on a "For Sale" when the property "CLOSED" over 6 months ago.  It's not rocket science, IS IT?
