Looks like it was the internet filter at the gateway. It was filtering the site's scripting, and so the only limited content was showing up. Bypassing the filter helped.

Hi Sean
I know it appears on the bottom of the screen as an ad, perhaps that is being clicked on and getting loaded instead of the non mobile site? I'm not really sure... Maybe try typing in just Zillow.com and seeing if it will refresh the regular site? I hope this helps! :)
Have a fabulous evening!

Mobile Version of Site Appearing on Desktop/Windows Computers
We have a client who uses your web site, but the Mobile Edition of the site is appearing on most of their computers regardless of which browser we try, IE, FireFox, Chrome. Any recommendations?
Thanks,
