Mom's address is shown on the wrong house?

My mother is planning to sell but her house, #6 Cypress Point Pekin, IL 61554, but the address is on the wrong house in fact it's not even showing up on the correct side of the street.  How do we get this fixed on Zwillow?  She's not online.
