Months of Zillow gains no longer show on Zestimate ...

Overnight last night the last 4 or 5 months of steady increases on my Zestimate have vanished and been replaced with steady decreases.  How can what Zillow has been reporting for several months suddenly vanish and be replaced with numbers going completely the other way?

The only response you'll get is if a Zillow Member provides you a link to Zillows FAQ or some other pre-canned info thread/explanation

Zillow response to suggestion a Staff member respond to Zestimate concrns caused by changes...

"Most, if not all of the answers are in the FAQ's regarding the new changes. We can point people to these posts, but we can't force them to read. It's not a good use of our time to re-write the same thing that is already out there every time someone has a question.

If a poster has a question to clarify the FAQ's we can certainly do that.
