Mortgage Subject

Under the main Real Estate subject, there should not only be Buy & Sell, Remodel, and other RE Professionals... but what about Mortgage / Refinance? I know most of my clients have more questions about Mortgage than I can shake a stick at.

Might be good to have a central forum location for those types of questions and allow Mortgage folk to help out with answers, too.

Good point -- it was on the list, then it came off the list after some debate. As you may know, we're working on a mortgage product and so the thinking was to add that forum when mortgages launch -- but your comment may help to get it on the list again. No guarantees but watch this space.

processinghomes | 0 minutes ago O.K. so I went throught your "new" mortgage listing as advertised.....My specs are TOO good...that is the reason I only received ONE reply.....I am a TRUE buyer....however...either your site does not have enough financial instiutions to answer my ad.....or my specs are TOO good to be TRUE... think your site does not have enough financial institutuions to answer my request for a loan....

I have submitted my specs twice now...altering it somewhat....still no reply....

bottom line...you do not have the response from the financial community.....to acutally help homebuyers in acheiving a loan......

Hello...I have a 770 Credit score.....more than $250,000 in assets, including cash....0000 in debt...wanting a loan at $180...requesting No escrow account......NO PMI......what idiot would not want this loan? With a credit score as high as mine...why pay PMI or manage an escrow account???.....It's guarenteed $$$$ My Loan would be AAA...Yet your site has not responded.... Zillow is Zilch!!! on response...
