Sir, Madam,

We are canadians living in Japan. we would like to buy few properties in Arizona for investment (rental). is it possible to have a mortgage in USA with one of the bank such ING?

I have a LLC company in Delaware, will it be better idea to buy the properties via the company?

Any information will be helpfull. We are in a very good financial position, (total debt less than 20,000$). We will be ready to make a move anytime.

ING does not lend on investment properties. If you were buying in the southeast, you could use RBC with Canadian credit. You would also have a hard time finding a lender to finance in the LLC's name.
