What state is your client buying in? I recommend speaking to a lender to see if there are any loan products that fit your buyers situation. There are lenders like myself that have great loan products and would be more than willing to speak to you so give us a call!

Well I hope this helps! If you have any further questions or if you would like a loan, feel free to contact me!

Good Luck!

Hi Liza,

This is an easy one. Contact a reputable lender in your area and give them your client's info. There are tons of lenders just waiting for your call.

You can find many here on Zillow.
