Most recent sale suddenly changed to being "not included in Zestimate"

After 2 years of being reported as a normal sale, my 6/2006 purchase of $462,500 has recently been give the dreaded " * Transaction not included in Zestimate" flag causing the value to drop dramatically.  There was absolutely nothing strange about the transaction - I didn't know the previous owner etc. and the transaction is listed as "arms length" on the Onondaga County website.  (see http://ocfintax.ongov.net/ImateSyr/propdetail.aspx?swis=311500&printkey=01600000170170000000)  Why would this change after so long and how can it be corrected?

I posted the same question several weeks ago about my June 2008 purchase.   The zillow guy asked for my address and I provided it.   Then the zillow guy disappeared.

This tells everything anybody needs to know about the credibility of zestimates.  Zillow makes random and erratic adjustments, yet they plead objectivity.

What agenda are they serving with this?   Who knows?   But it is crooked.

Maybe you will get a straight answer to your straight question.   I didn't.  Good luck

I have seen this happen on multiple dozens of homes here (Hinsdale, IL). The excluded homes are almost all lower than the estimated value, e.g. lower-priced transactions are excluded. I'm not sure that it is a scam but it sure does seem questionable if their owners have any ability to derive profit from higher home prices, for instance, if they are realtor-owned.
