I do like the City-Data forum. It is great for street level information, but it is more person to person than pro to person or pro to pro.

You might consider realtor.com for the most complete listings. There is city-data.com and zipskinny.com for more detailed local information and Q&A usually replied to by locals about local area questions.

Trulia's forum has it's good points. I also think that the agent blogs on Active Rain are informative. I don't really know of any other forum based RE sites that are active on a regular basis.
Maybe there is forum for local agents in your area through your Board. I think that there is one of those for professionals in my area.
