Hi! Well, I wouldn't move if you LIKED my place, but I would move if you BOUGHT my place, sure. :) I have a month to month tenant in there now. I just put all brand new top of the like Jeld-Wen windows in the house, added a stone patio in the back, and had all the wood floors sanded and re-finished inside.
