Moving Down is a way to Avoid Forclosure

Scholar Michael Zelin's novel solution to the crisis would give troubled borrowers the option of moving into cheaper property owned by other troubled borrowers, who themselves would move down.

What are your thoughts on this?

I agree that this is the lesser of two evils, better move down rather than to be homeless.
