How do we determine the best market price? We put over $60k into our home. Bought it 4 yrs ago for $325 and Zillow says its worth $224k - so not true! We have gorgeous multi-length/width hardwood floors, new kitchen with granite and appliances etc., repainted interior, finished 1/2 basement (other 1/2 is storage), 4 beds/2-1/2 bath, converted fireplace to gas replacing enormous and old wood fireplace insert and that's just a few little things...new roof, heater, A/C, etc....we just want the best price for all we've put into it. We live in Cherry Hill, NJ 08003

It is best to find a local Cherry Hill agent to list your home. They will have a much more accurate analysis of what your home is worth than Zillow. Then you will need a PA agent to represent you on the buy side, and both agents can communicate with each other when necessary. What area in PA are you buying?
