Multifamily property in Hudson County, NJ

I am looking to buy a multifamily property (2 or 3 family) in Hudson County, NJ, specifically Jersey City Heights, West New York, Guttenberg, North Bergen. Does anyone know a good realtor who can help? I'd like someone experienced with short sales, since so many homes are short sales in this area. Thanks a lot!
