What was worng with the other quotes...? Why not just use one of those lenders?
FYI -- Getting 100's of quotes just wastes yours and MANY other people's time... you are not going to find a magic mortgage.
Zillow has a one request at a time limit ....
You could print/copy or save in some way the initial replies you received (at least the ones you like) then delete your current request. that will allow you to submit a new request and receive quotes again.
make note of the replies from prior lenders and see how they compare.
Another option is to call/email the lenders that responded.
Do the properties have similar financing? LTV etc? You could post the request ID here for reference and more suggestions will be available. What state?

Great point, if you have more than 4 properties, then refinancing in the residential sector will be very difficult.
Could you refinance through the commercial side of the industry???
Maybe someone more familiar with commercial loans could awnser that.
