There is no exact method of getting a GeoCode presently; thus all icon locations are approximations.
Are the other addresses valid addresses that belong somewhere else? If so, flag them and give instructions on where they should be located.
An owner or agent can correct the location of an icon on a map, but people really aren't supposed to be claiming their neighbor's properties as their own just to make the location corrections for them.
(And if they are "listings", contact the agent indicated at the bottom of the home details page to have them correct the information. We've seen many many agents enter incorrect addresses on other websites that autofeed to Zillow, and then complain that they don't know how to fix the address nor the location.)

Flag the wrong ones by going to "edit" on the property details page and chose "report problem with home". This will allow Zillow staff to delete incorrect entries. It may take a couple of weeks.
Multiple addresses on one SFR?
