Posting your number on a public forum was your first mistake. its a really bad idea. If you decide to put it out there, there is really nothing zillow or anyone else can do to protect you. that goes for "in forum" as well as in your profile or listing (although these are editable.)
in the future, don't give out your personal info and when presented with a form demanding it, either leave or make up a nice 555 number. please make it a 555 number because otherwise you might just be sending the rubes to harass someone else at home.

If you flag the place where your phone number is, Zillow can remove it if it's in the forum or check into it if it's somewhere else on the site. There is a flag at the corner of post boxes and there is also a way to flag home pages with the yellow "edit" pencil under the main photo.

Could use the Secret Hidden Customer Service Email Form and wait for a "Consumer Advocate" ;) to get back to you if you wish or maybe try Emailing one of these Zillow Staff members if one does not respond to you here
