Must we disclose this information?

We have a house that had mold, we hired someone to come out and use dry ice on it. There is absolutely no more mold, because we remodeled the entire house. If an inspector came out, they would not find any damage because the house is brand new. Do we need to disclose any of this?

Each state has a little bit of a difference in their disclosure laws, but I usually advise my clients that if you have to ask, then disclose it. It can't do anything but protect you from future questions or lawsuits.
