My House just dropped more than 300k. Apparently there is an algorythym problem

Zillow updated their data with newer, better data. If your Zestimate was higher before, its because Zillow felt it was over-valued. If your Zestimate was lower before, its because Zillow felt it was under-valued. The current Zestimate is - at least in Zillows eyes - more accurate.

For a more accurate value, maybe contact a local Realtor or appraiser in the Prospect area.
