My Premier Account!

I am once again forced to bring this subject up in this forum because all other attempts have failed.  I have sent numerous emails, I've called, I've emailed customer service and still no resolution.  I went online to my account and cancelled my Premier account status prior to 11-21 which was my upcoming billing date, this was AFTER I had emailed customer service and my account rep asking the same - the cc was charged again anyway.  I posted the problem in this forum and received an email immediately from the acct rep and someone in customer service both of whom promised the issue would be resolved immediately.  Well it has not been.  No credit has been issued to my cc as promised.  I called and get voicemail.  I would not recommend Zillow to anyone based on the lack of results and service I have received.  I will contest the charge with my credit card company.  NOT A GOOD WAY TO EARN BUSINESS GUYS!
