The issue is most likely one of two things:
1. the feed is still being sent from either a site which has not been updated or needs to be manually overridden.
2. the agent paid to claim the listing early on and has not released it.
Either way, it's a pretty easy fix. If you have a Twitter account, send a message to @zillow and they get things fixed right away. Also, print a screen shot of your house listing and send a fax & email to the Brokerage with a copy asking them to remove your listing within 48 hours or you will contact the state licensing board.
Good luck and keep us posted!

Twitter worked, and worked quickly. I got a message back and an email with the fix within 15 minutes. I love the internet.

Call your agent's broker and read them the riot act.

Each time I try to claim my house OR report a problem, I get this message: Homeowner: Since your home is listed by an agent, you will not be able to make changes to it. Please ask your listing agent to make any desired changes.
This is why I feel like my hands are tied.
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for your help.

I doubt that he claimed your house in the first place. The listing on Zillow came as a result of the mls. That listing will come off automatically, although Zillow is very slow with updates. Your home can also be claimed by searching for it and clicking on edit.
