My Seller can receive my request for a review, but is unable to post his response. What do I do?

The seller must sign up for a Zillow account in order to post a review.  Has he done so?     Once it is submitted, then it goes through moderation by Zillow employees and can take usually a couple of business days to appear but sometimes a week or a bit longer.
