My Zestimate historical graph and current mkt value and variance has all of a sudden changed.

Hello,

why would the entire historical graph, and current value change on the zestimate for my current property? Two weeks ago there was a value on my house that is now not in line with a) the current zestimate b) the change in value over that time frame. Any ideas as to why this would happen.

You (and many others) have noticed a quick change in home estimates because Zillow started the process of changing their proprietary Zestimate algorithm yesterday. Feel free to click here to view the announcement.

Remember that Zillow simply provides an estimate, and is not a substitute for a comparative market analysis provided by a professional.
