My address has a two listing in zillow and one is for just the land value. Can I delete it?

I would like to delete the second listing as it may be confusing to any future potential buyers who might look on this site and because it is causing some issues with some apps that i have linked to zillow because it keeps defaulting to the land value listing instead of the actual value listing.

While you can't delete it, you can report it to customer service so that they put in the queue for deletion.     In order to do this, open the property details page, scroll down to edit and chose "report problem with home".   Describe the issue.    It tends to take about two weeks until the deletion happens.
