My address is listed twice with two different home values. How do I resolve this with Zillow?

My home address is listed as two locations.  The first is not accurate as it shows a map location in my neighbors driveway (literally) and the value is inaccurate.  When you observe the map and select the location from the house shown, the address comes up correct, has a photo of the correct home and the correct value.  How do I remove the mystery "Driveway" house? The address is 1486 Comptons Point, Farmington, Utah 84025
