My big gripe is outdated listing information on Zillow

As an ERA franchisee our listing data is fed to Zillow on a continuous basis. We have many problems with changes to listings, or changes to listing status, not showing up in a timely manner, even though we've updated them via Crest.

Hey Don -

It's everyone's complaint and the unfortunate thing is it's not going away.  IDX/Crest all these different platforms RARELY speak flawlessly with each other.  The only resolution I have found that works THE BEST is have a person designated at the office to track all the systems once a week for discrepency.  This requires that your agents tell them about a price change so there's an accoutability piece.  Gotta love technology.
