My client can't get her review to post HELP

She thinks it is because she unchecked the boxes to not get emails.  Any suggestions?

When did she submit it?   Reviews are moderated, so it can take several days (up to a week) for them to appear.

She can check status by going to My Zillow ---> Profile---> Reviews.    If it is rejected, she will get an E-mail.
