My client just informed me that he gave money to the lenderWe have been looking for property for a few months, we wrote on one but didn't ratify. We didn't move foward with that particular property. He (my client) yesterday asked my why the loan person took $750.00 from his account via bank card last april. At first I thought it was for an appraisal. (which didn't make sense because we didn't ratify...) When I called his loan person, we discovered that "he is no longer with the company" When I spoke to the "Area Manager" she said it will be "resolved"My client was applying for a loan, that's it...why would he have to pay 750.00? I saw the letter from the Lender, that said "Upon verbal agreement you have given me permission to charge a Management fee"June 03 2009 - US00YesReport a ProblemProblemSelect oneOffensive contentIrrelevant contentSpam (pure self-promotion)OtherDetailsYour emailPlease enter a valid email address.Submit CancelContent flaggedWe will review this content.
