My clients had listed their house FSBO on zillow, but now have it listed with me. How can I post it

They would like to pull it off of zillow and have it listed under my information. Zillow ususally pulls my listings automatically, but this one isn't.  I assume because it's already on there as a FSBO.  What can I do to fix this.  Thanks so much!

The clients will have to open their home on Zillow and unclaim it before you can take the next step.  They can find the way to release the claim under "edit"
