Contributions are a combination of posts (such as the two you have in this thread), photos added directly to Zillow as well as listings added directly to Zillow.

If you click on your photo, then it will open your profile page.  Scroll down and look on the right side for examples of  your contributions.

The clients can check the status of the review they wrote by logging into Zillow, clicking on "My Zillow" ---> Profile ---> Reviews written.
