This is possible; unfortunately, there are often-times little a single member can do to try to get FHA approval again. There are several reasons that approval can be lost; your best option would be to contact your management company and request further information. If you do not have a management company that manages the HOA, appear at the homeowner forum portion of your next Board meeting. They may be able to provide you with further insight on the matter.

Yes you need to go to the HOA/ board meeting and get the detailed information. Some issues are resolvable and some are not, like a lawsuit aganist the HOA will disqualify the community. I can explain more about this serious problem with many condo complexes in this area, just give me a call:)

consultant and they couldn't get approval? Could be. Now what? Ask for a copy of the rejection letter, and then figure out what you can do to qualify again.
