As wetdawgs said, your question is incomplete.  When you rewrite your question, please give your girlfriend's opinion & yours.  I'm assuming you think she is paying rent and she thinks she is paying part of the mortgage payment.  If that is the issue, we can't help you.  That is a matter between you and your girlfriend.  And, at some time, you may need to consult an attorney.
