My home's information is wrong. Our house is still for sale. How to fix?

Argh. I just noticed that our home is showing that it was taken off the market in May! Our MLS number is 71228119 and is selling at a new price of $618,000. 
How do I correct this? Thank you sooooo much.

Was your house being listed by an agent?    If so, they will need to troubleshoot their data feed.   If not, comment and we'll put our heads together on plan B.
