It appears someone edited the data on Zillow and changed it from the public facts of 2341 to 2. (The public facts still show if you click on "more facts".)  You can fix it quite easily.  Claim your home on Zillow by hovering the cursor over "edit" on the home details page, then once you've claimed your home you can edit the facts.
