My home's value is not correct. How can I have that looked at?

To get a true home value that will be right on the money. Hire an appraiser. A realtor can do a CMA a comparative market analysis, however this is based on homes that sold recently within the past 3 months is usual, but again an appraiser will actually go over your home inside and out and give a true comprehensive report. Of course, it's more expensive, usually a couple of hundred dollars, but you will have a report banks and lenders use. Hope this helps.

Stallings is one of those "transitional" areas where there are rural properties, new home communities, and custom homes. So, you would be much better served by having a CMA estimate done by a local Realtor. This is a free service.

Even my home here in Charlotte has a really crazy "Zestimate" on Zillow.

Take a look at Zillow's "Zestimates Values and Accuracy" at the very bottom of each Zillow page. This will help you determine how accurate Zillow estimates are in your particular state or county. For example, in Henderson County, NC Zillow has no sales informaiton and bases it's Zestimate on only county tax assessments.
It is a good idea to update your home facts. It may or may not make a ddifference in the Zillow estimate of your home value.

Do you mean on Zillow? They base their "estimates" on facts and recent comps only. They don't take into consideration the upgrades, specific location, views etc. You may edit your home facts, such as when and how it was upgraded nd update the information on Zillow but know that the values may still be 15-20% off. You real estate agent can give you a more accurate market value for your home. Good luck!
