My home's zillow estimate of 318,000 is 40,000 less then my neighbors' who have smaller homes

My home (at 10 Mettle Lane) has a Zillow estimate of 40,000 less than my two neighbors who have the smaller bilevel model in our development.  Only one of them has made a significant improvement to their home. There are also other "smaller bilevel" homes in the development that have a higher Zillow estimate - how can I get this corrected?

Yes, I've checked Drew's response and all of the data for the other houses is the same as mine.  Also, this is a housing development, so there are only 3 models of houses...I've been inside them and mine is the same or larger than the others.  I've even added additional information to my house and this has not changed the estimate.  It seems like an anomaly that my house is 40,000 less than the houses next door.

Hi jmariem-

Please check this thread for Drew's explanation on this matter. For more information on Zestimates, please click here. Additionally, we suggest for you to create your own estimate so viewers may have an owner's point of view for the value of the property.

Have a nice day!
