Yes, I've checked Drew's response and all of the data for the other houses is the same as mine. Also, this is a housing development, so there are only 3 models of houses...I've been inside them and mine is the same or larger than the others. I've even added additional information to my house and this has not changed the estimate. It seems like an anomaly that my house is 40,000 less than the houses next door.

My home's zillow estimate of 318,000 is 40,000 less then my neighbors' who have smaller homes
