My home's estimated value listed on ZIllow.com

My home is listed as $647k on zillow.com, but in reality the house needs major work for it to be worth that price. Do you take these things into account when you list the values.

If I understand your question correctly, we most likely are not taking into account directly such required "major work", since our Zestimate does not take into direct account such things as finishes and interior upgrades, regardless of condition. Here is more info on our Zestimates:
