As the owner, you can claim the house and update your home facts. After you claim your house, you can edit the facts immediately.
Go to the home page and claim ownership with the yellow "edit" pencil under the main house photo. Once you claim, you can use that same "edit" link to correct your home facts to update the bed/bath count. Hope this helps.

Hi Jim: Sometimes the geocodes received through various sources are a bit skewy, so the work around is to claim your home on Zillow and then move the icon location on the map. Zillow has provided the tools with the expectation is the owner knows best where the house is really located.
