Are you comparing the Zestimate with comparable sold prices or listings in your area? If you are comparing with listings you may be way off.

The easiest way is to find a post by a Zillow moderator (often on the "bugs" or Z-estimate, or other similar catagories), identified by the "Zillow Tag" next to their name, and then click on their avatar to get to their profile, and send an E-mail.

Of course you could also look up one of the phone numbers from a variety of sources, and call them too.

But really, it won't accomplish what you want as the ESTIMATES are not prepared by individuals nor modified by individuals, but by a machine calculation method based on public records data and recent sales in the area.  Zillow does allow you to modify some of the public records data yourself, but don't expect Zillow employees to spend time doing that for the 80 million residential units in their database.  They only have about 2 dozen employees!

If your neighbors are selling their properties at half of present market value, that really is not their fault.  They only track the data; they don't create it.  And with values dropping across the nation so quickly, maybe the estimate is TWICE what your property could presently sell for?

In my area, the values have consistently been dropping at $10k per month for over a year.  That is because bubble-purchasers kept driving up the prices for the few years prior.
