How can my neighbor's house across the street #4 same square footage and we have done alot to our house since we moved in almost be estimated $100,000 more than mine. Also the 30 day change seems out of sorts. An $80,000 fall for mine compared to a $30,000 fall for his. I would appreciate aresponse. Thank you. E-mail is
