In looking at your profile it appears you've never claimed the property. That leaves the remaining three options I mentioned in my previous post.. If you don't have an agent, then click on the "Edit" feature on the home details page and select "Problem with the listing." From the drop down menu that appears select incorrect owner claim, and follow the instructions from there.

The party that is currently the claimant of the listing has access to the editing of the photos. This could be you, your agent, the former owner who may have never released the claim, or the former owner's agent.
My home for sale is showing the incorrect pictures who can fix it
