My home had a zestimate @ 1487500 until i listed home now its much less.

Why from the moment I listed it with an agent in which nothing has changed, you have dropped the value of my home to 1347500. This is while not a single other home in my neighborhood or town has dropped a cent. Smaller older homes on smaller lots are worth more. This is doesn't make sense. Just because I low balled my price, shouldn't mean you take the zestimate down. THIS IS HURTING ME THE SELLER. YOUR SYSTEM IS TRUELY flawed.
